Looks good in the photo, I ordered one over a month ago (too late to return) to put in the front bathroom. Just got around to installing it. The package was torn and sealed with tape when I received it so it may have been a return. I thought since it's a Delta product it would be nice. It's all plastic and now stands in my front bathroom. When the water is turned on and the diverter is activated, heavy steam comes out of the faucet. I don't suspect it will last more than 6 months a year as it's plastic and gets pulled and pulled. $5 says my 2 year old breaks it.
