That's a beast. Too much for most people.
I thought I was tough and needed a depth of 16mm. Not me. I doubt anyone can effectively apply this to themselves. I went through a full battery charge that only lasted 45 minutes and was afraid to continue using it. It also doesn't adapt well to pressure changes. It takes a few seconds to try to get back to the starting position if you try harder and takes 4 to 5 seconds to slow down if you let go. If you think you can easily go from a deep shoulder massage to a gentler neck, arm, etc. massage, you are dead wrong.
