I have tried several massage guns on Amazon, some are better and some are worse and this is definitely the best choice of all. The quality is what the name says (16mm of travel, 50lbs of drag) and it's definitely accurate, all at a fraction of the Theragun/Hyperice price. The only downside is that the gun is slightly larger (not necessarily heavier) than the others, making ergonomics difficult, but the price and quality are totally worth it.

I thought I was tough and needed a depth of 16mm. Not me. I doubt anyone can effectively apply this to themselves. I went through a full battery charge that only lasted 45 minutes and was afraid to continue using it. It also doesn't adapt well to pressure changes. It takes a few seconds to try to get back to the starting position if you try harder and takes 4 to 5 seconds to slow down if you let go.
