Review on Blue Whale Ergonomic Computer Adjustable by Olivia Turner

Comfortable chair, no after-sales service

I received this chair 10 days ago and contacted the after-sales service because of a small tear that I noticed on the backrest at the end of the assembly (the backrest of the chair is the last piece ). ). I contacted them and told them I love this chair and that it is very comfortable, but despite the neat presentation in the packaging, the box was a bit crumpled when it arrived and I was wondering if they could come up with something that I could send them to me. new chair back. I told them I noticed a small dent in my arms, but it didn't bother me at the time and it didn't seem worth bothering just to fix that problem. I contacted them via the support email (bluewhalegamerservice@gmail.com) included in the package. I also informed them that I was missing the other end of the massage cable. I told them it wasn't urgent but I would like to contact them before leaving a review. That was 10 days ago and 2 emails later I still haven't received a reply. The chair is very comfortable and apart from the initial damage was a great item. Once assembled it was too difficult to take apart (the base of the chair is difficult to remove once inserted into the rolling frame) so I figured it wasn't worth an official return. The only other downside I can point out is that the wheels don't roll very well. That being said, if it weren't for the damage I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 given the comfort level of the chair compared to the price, but with customer support not in place I think you're safer buying from a top brand considerate and values their customers and their satisfaction.
