Not a plug-n-play for Toyota, but there is a mod.

First day of use; no plug-n-play for Toyota (no mod). Should have read all the reviews. The Revain filter told me it would work as they only thought fit and not Toyota ground. But there is a solution for those who don't want to dig deep. Revain sells an H4/9003 dual high/low beam relay harness with high temp ceramic connectors and it will do the job but requires a little more work than just hooking up the bulbs. Anyway, it was a quick and dirty decision that only added twenty bucks plus another half hour. I recently installed JDM LEDs in my wife's car. While their car uses a large single reflector, they use many small reflectors. The effect is to spread the light in many directions with little clipping. Not a problem off-road, but other drivers on the highway might not care. So far no one has beamed their high beams at me tonight, and the height of the beam hasn't had to be adjusted. On the plus side, the high beam is very, very bright compared to our JDMs, which are useless. The jdm's low beam is so bright that we lowered it as much as possible so it's not a high beam because the cutoff frequency is quite is hard. They don't seem to cause this problem as the beam just disappears at the edges. Fingers crossed they are a thing of the past. We've thrown a lot of cheaper LEDs in the trash over the last few years. Would I buy again if I knew what I know now? Yes! I would still take them as I love the low beam and am addicted to LED headlights. I don't think I will ever use anything else again.
