The first one I ordered installed easily until I went to insert the disc. I found that it was defective. It made a loud squeak so I sent it back and they also sent me a replacement which was also faulty, simply installed when I tried to put the disc in it only went halfway and the disc wouldn't eject, I had to die Remove disc manually. Both times the return process went smoothly. Not sure if I was unlucky or if it was just a bad batch of discs. All I can say is buy at your own risk.
