Review on Payfactors by Darius Newberry

Easy access of all our payroll information at one place was what I liked best about this software - it has made life easier! The platform can be confusing when first getting started but with some training we were able to use their support team very well. They are always willing/able to train us as needed so that things get figured out quickly (even if they don't have an answer right off). With other programs there's often times where someone else needs assistance figuring something out or even troubleshooting issues while using them. This isn't really true here because PayFactors' customer service department IS GREAT!! You will need more than 1 person in HR though since each individual function requires separate login credentials which makes keeping track difficult sometimes. Having everything centralized into 1 database allows me easy tracking of employee time spent working vs personal hours worked etc., also helps keep everyone up to date regarding.
