Review on 🍳 Black Lodge Rectangular Griddle 11.56 by David Stewart

I bought this pan specifically for my toaster/convection oven and I am very happy with it. I hate the pans that come with toaster ovens. It always makes them look disgusting. No matter how well they're covered in foil, the grease will still seep in and they'll never be shiny and smooth again. Now I don't need foil or parchment anymore! Unlike those aluminum frying pans, this frying pan loves grease and will only get better and cook better over time. I should note that it's a bit harder to get out of the oven and gets a lot hotter. I had to buy another set of heat resistant oven mitts to hold them around as the regular ones didn't fit. I only use iron and carbon steel pans, so I'm used to their heat and weight, but I can't (yet) pull this pan out of the oven with one hand as easily as the aluminum/steel pan that comes with the oven. However, that didn't stop me from throwing away the aluminum pan. I love this pan.
