Review on D-Link DWA-160: High-Speed Dual Band N600 USB Wi-Fi Network Adapter by Jake Jones

I bought two of these along with the D-Link DIR-825 Extreme-N Dual Band Gigabit Router. I decided to upgrade my old Wireless G network to an upgraded N network. It worked fine but it got overloaded from time to time and had to reboot the router. That was the reason for the update! As you can see, I am now entering the world of media streaming (DLNA). I use Mezzmo on two home devices. desktop computer and stream content to my Sony PlayStation 3. I also watch downloaded content and access my huge music collection over the network using various clients. Both work very well on 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, I'm deducting a star because I have older A2 hardware versions and I know for a fact that version B exists (there is one on the D-Link website there actually different drivers for both versions). I don't know if the new version works better. These sellers must provide this information on the product page. Great buy, buy and be warned about the hardware version!
