I have just received and installed some strong dog fencing wire. This wire is insanely thick; The coating is about 3 times thicker than other invisible fence wire we have purchased before, having bought wire from several other suppliers and sending it back because the products were not as described and all I could say is that the quality of the wire does not hold up would. something like the cheap wire that originally came with the dog fence in the long run. Well, it's a good name because it's definitely extreme, about the thickness of a ballpoint pen. While the strong, invisible dog fence wire was a bit more difficult to manage due to its thickness, the extra work was worth never having to deal with again. In terms of long-term investment, the extra time was well worth it. the installation of this cable and it costs extra money to make the initial investment. The amount of time I've spent looking for broken wires over the course of a year is ridiculous. I have no doubt that it will hold up better over time. I was also very happy with the company that sold it to me, shipping was fast, it was at my door about 2 days after ordering.
