Very reliable and good value. Installation was easy. Haven't used the guide, you probably shouldn't install it yourself if you need a guide as it's not on the same level as changing a tire etc. They've been in use since the summer and still work great. All devices included. No rust yet, looks like new. I used them to get a little lift to keep the oil pan from hitting my front differential on my 89 YJ with a 4" lift and a transplanted OM617 diesel. Without the shackles the oil pan would hit the differential every time I hit a speed bump, not anymore.
