When you see "everything is natural" you're thinking, "okay, not powerful enough to solve serious problems, but should be good for newcomers." This does not apply to Microbe-Lift. Their water conditioner - Xtreme - is superb and I've solved major problems with Artemiss for bacterial issues and Herbtana for parasite outbreaks. Excellent! Use Microbe-Lift first, if you feel resistance try Seachem.
