If you want to use powder.

I have stopped taking amino acids for several years and this is the first powder form I have ever used. However, I know that the beneficial effects of any amino acid product - muscle mass gains - take some time to be consistently reaped. All of this means that at the time of this writing I can only give a limited assessment of its effectiveness in improving muscle mass. What I can say about Metatriton Bcaa powder is that its standard amino acid composition appears to be the same as others on the market, as does its dosage. However, there are issues that deserve mentioning. It does not dissolve particularly quickly or easily in water. This can be solved if you want to take one of those big shaker cups with you. And it tastes pretty bad, quite bitter and unpleasant when consumed neat. Again, this can be circumvented by mixing it with other flavored foods; I often dose with my flavored pre-workout. It can also be used with a protein shake or post-workout supplement for those who also use these products. If these considerations don't bother you, this could be a good product for you.
