machining tolerances are not the best

I threaded the plug in to the bung just to check the threads and fit. it was obvious something was skewed since the plugs mating surface had a gap at one side of the bung face. upon further inspection it proved the Threads are not 90* to the face , this could lead to an exhaust leak if your crush washer doesn't take up the gap so make sure you check/address before you weld or find another brand

Pros

As long as you know that, these are fine.

Cons

The bungs and plugs may not be appropriately sized for all types of welding projects
