Have been using this for a week now. Installation was easy after the old one broke. I love that it has 2 Phillips screws to tighten it once you've fully secured the nut. A very strong feeling. I can hold on to the base and not move. The same applies to the spout, which feels very durable. It also feels very durable and buttery smooth when turning the faucet handle. The same applies when the crane is rotated left and right. If you close the faucet in spray mode, it will return to flow mode. I also like the pause button. You can temporarily stop the flow of water without turning off the faucet. In general we are very satisfied with the crane. Will update when durability issues occur.
