Worked until it didn't!

I am recovering from surgery and confined to bed for 6 weeks with a back brace so thought this would be great. Could prop me up so I can read, watch whatever is decent on TV etc. Pros . it is soft but almost too soft. Not as much support as I would have liked but it was working 2 weeks post surgery at least. Cons . the zipper broke and its not even 30 days old. This was expensive enough that I am disappointed as I am still confined to bed but now all of the stuffing can fall out. Getting it returned will be a huge hassle as now I need to get someone to drive it to a Kohls. So it was working at least until now it could be a mess to deal with.
