The best bra after breast surgery!

I wore this bra for my recovery from breast surgery - bilateral lumpectomy - and I believe this bra was instrumental in my speedy recovery. Usage: I found it easy to put on. I didn't have to raise my arms above shoulder height and didn't have to swing my arm far back to get dressed. The center front of the bra has a sliding hook that allows you to hold the bottom of the bra with one hand while zipping up with the other. Support: I didn't run or do any vigorous exercise in this bra, but it held everything in place for the moderate activities my condition permitted, as well as while sleeping - I felt supported and locked in which really minimized the pain and I feel accelerated healing. There are also removable pads that sit in an enclosed pocket on the front, providing an extra layer of protection and support for my surgical areas. slightly off the skin when worn - not sure if this will be the case with all of them). I've slept in a bra - I don't normally sleep in a bra, so it wasn't the most comfortable experience - it was a bit limiting, but since the alternative was pain, I had to figure out how to at least switch my sleeping positions. painless. Also, the bra did not cause additional discomfort from rubbing or sticking during sleep. Quality: Appears to be well made and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy in construction. The pads shift and crease when washed without removing them from the bra before washing - I would have preferred them sewn on but I think it makes it possible not to use them. I've only had it for two weeks so can't comment on durability but will update.
