It defiantly works temporarily slimming your waist and it's mostly comfortable like a skin tight shirt the only complaint I really have is the arm holes are a bit to the back so it actually rubs just in front of your arm pits so it isn't great for lifting or working with your arms but otherwise it's comfortable enough to wear on a normal daily routine.
