Unfortunately I'm not rich so I can't do enough of these things to stay healthy when old age starts to fight against me. I use this massage pad every day morning and evening. It also provides warmth to warm up my posterior chain before I really stretch and warm up before lifting. At night I use it more for relaxation and the circulation for recovery.
