The first time we used contact paper and I wanted to cover up the light blue laminate in my kitchen while I (or my dad) decided to do a full one Reconstruction. This stuff is sticky. I probably should have driven slower. There were definitely mistakes. The corners of my island are rounded and I still don't know how to cut the paper so that it overlaps nicely. I left it for a few hours and tried to go back and fix the air bubbles but it was too late. The paper was torn and the buns ran out before I could reach the counters by the stove. There's still plenty of air bubbles in the wrong light, but you really can't see it in full light. works well enough for a temporary job. I will be ordering more soon to finish the kitchen.
