Well made product
Just started using this product to clean cast iron pans. I used it in a burnt cheese pan and it was quite difficult to peel, but that's to be expected. In your regular pan of stew, beef stroganoff, or potatoes, this product should work just fine. It's possible to be overly aggressive and use chain mail spice, but nothing but a little cooking will cure it. The chain is very suitable for cleaning stainless steel bowls with dried dough. This stuff is like concrete, but the chains just work and don't get loaded like a towel or tape.
