Review on CarePoint Therapy by Matt Heringer

The ability to have all of our therapists in one database, this also allows for quick communication between therapist offices via text or email as well! There isn't anything I dislike about it so far; easy access from anywhere really does help everyone get things done at their own pace without having someone else be responsible if they are out sick/on vacation etc... It is easy to use, has all the features I need for my practice and it is also very secure. The only thing I would like to see improved is their customer service. They did not respond to my emails or calls. I have used other programs in the past but Carepoint is by far the best program out there. I am able to do billing, schedule appointments, do electronic medical records, etc.
