I bought this product to hook up some low voltage garden lights. It worked great at first and easy to install as advertised. Last month I started to notice one of my lights getting dimmer each day. I did some tests to see what was malfunctioning and replacing these connectors fixed the problem. This month I'm noticing two more of my lights exhibiting the same behaviors as the first. Easy to install but a pain to dig them up again one at a time as the connections stop working
- The SUNVIE connector is weather-resistant, so it is safe to use outdoors
- May not provide proper insulation or protection for wires
