I bought this for use in the bathroom where weight was a concern. I wasn't expecting it to be that heavy. It's made up of about that same material as a regular sized sink. It is actually heavier than my large 22" x 30" kitchen sink. I tried to return it, got a message from the seller and after several emails was told they had wouldn't pay the shipping, instead he'll probably just give it to a friend and pay the cost, but be careful not to buy any items that aren't sold directly by Revain to avoid missing out on a return option, at least sees it It looked nice and arrived well packaged and quickly, hence two stars for that.
