When I opened the package I found the duvet cover was not sewn properly, it was torn. Sorry I'm too lazy to attach a photo to show you because it's on my phone and I'm on my computer for this review. (There was a section where the thread was loose). It's like this company didn't have a quality control or quality assurance department because it shouldn't have been shipped to anyone. I contacted the company immediately and they responded quickly and without apologies. They apologized and immediately sent replacements. I am pleasantly surprised with the replacement, love the look of this bedding set especially with all the stitching intact. I really appreciate how this company handled this issue. I will definitely buy again because this company stands behind their products.
