Milestone provides their drivers/software/links on a USB stick and everything worked right away. The label design software is Bartended (UltraLight) and my computer had no trouble identifying and using the printer after installing the driver. I found nothing suspicious about this printer (given its origin and driver). There really isn't much operational excellence or poor performance/features to report. This is a label printer and it prints labels well. The labels are clear and the included driver utility offers good customization features. Recommended and seems safe to install and use.
