Good quality. Nice tight fit.

I bought these to attach a large mesh panel to 3/4" PVC to keep leaves from falling out of my pond. Works perfectly. When not in use, I can roll everything up and stow it away. I don't know how easy it would be to detach them, but you can slide them off the end so they can be taken apart.
