I can put it in my pocket

I bought this model because I can carry it in my pocket. I had another one that I needed to clip to my belt but the clip broke so I looked for another solution. It comes with a clip-on holster which you should use when running, but for regular everyday use I use the leash (which comes with the package) and keep the pedometer in my pocket. Others say he is too sensitive and rides in the car. will record the steps. I don't know if mine has this problem. I got it to motivate myself to increase the number of steps, so the absolute number is not as important as the motivation. That's more than others I've had. I keep it in my pocket, but it's worth considering if you plan on using a holster and carrying it on your belt. The display is quite easy to read. Apart from total steps, aerobic steps and time are also recorded. So if you go for a daily walk or treadmill, these will be recorded as aerobic steps. You can set your step length and it also records the distance covered. When you set your weight, it calculates the number of calories burned and displays the information. It's hard to tell how accurate the distance and calorie calculations are as your steps will vary and I'm sure the calorie calculation formula isn't perfect. You can download the driver from their website and use the included USB cable to upload your daily results to a profile. You stay on their website. The chart you see on the site is good for motivation but nothing more. If you keep records, you can click a button on the website and your results will be placed in a PDF document that you can save to your computer or print out. So far, the website always reports aerobic steps as zero, but correctly reports aerobic times. . I created a support ticket regarding this, so I'm sure they'll fix it at some point. The PDF download does not have aerobic steps column but does have aerobic time column. If people complain, they might fix that too. Overall, it's a little on the large side, it's accurate enough for me to use it to motivate me to move more, and there are a few hiccups on charging, but it works. The data upload method also works with Microsoft Health Vault if you use it. You have to decide where you want to upload your data. It only works with one upload location at a time, and once you upload data, that data will not be re-uploaded to another location.
