Perfect for a tail and looks great on the wall. My only complaint is that it needs to be removed for a thorough cleaning and is heavier than you might think. It holds a gallon of water, so I end up taking a ladle and pouring out about a liter before decanting so I don't accidentally spill the contents like a poor fish. Also, the brackets have a small plastic handle that you can use to hang the bowl, and it doesn't feel as strong or sturdy. I'm hoping for the best here, especially after hearing some horror stories about bowls falling to the ground.
