Only one plug worked.
We needed this product to connect a phone jack and modem but only one adapter worked. Any other would not work. We used the one that worked to connect to the internet. so we couldn't send them back. I gave it four stars because a plug didn't work, but the company kindly refunded my money and quickly resolved the issue. Thanks for solving the problem. I would recommend doing business with them.
