Great for support, so glad I decided to try it.

I really like the support this has given my knee. I also have a bakers cyst behind my knee and this provides the right amount of pressure needed to relieve the pain. I've been able to do stairs better as well. Really glad I gave this a try.

Pros

I wear these in my water aerobics class my knees do not hurt or get tired while wearing these.

Cons

Might not provide enough support for more serious knee injuries
