purchase for 2014 VW Beetle. It fits perfectly and with elastic on the front and back it keeps it very secure so no seat belts needed for my car. Looks like a quality case. It was easy to put on as it is tagged on the front and back of the shoulder straps. The bottom is soft. Not sure about the water resistance at the moment as the weather is nice and dry right now, but I'll check later. It arrived quickly and I am happy with my purchase and the price. I bought size 2L: fit for 160-172 inch long hatchback. Update: It's been over three weeks and the car is still clean and shiny. We had one thunderstorm, one hurricane, three rainy nights and many very wet nights with heavy dew. It fits our 2014 Beetle perfectly and I don't have to tie it down as it tucks under the front and rear bumpers very well. The cover keeps the car dry and clean. I am very satisfied with this case.
