The best thing about this service is its ease-of use. It's very intuitive and allows you to monitor your infrastructure with minimal effort and without having any prior knowledge or experience required. I think there are some features missing but nothing drastic - mostly things like alerts/notifications when something goes wrong (e.g., disk space low). Also would love more granular controls over what metrics can be monitored by an alert. If you're looking into observability solutions then definitely give it try! We've been able to easily identify problems within our application as well as quickly deploy fixes once they have been identified. It allows you to see all your metrics at once without having multiple tabs open or switching between different browsers/tabs. The interface can be confusing if you're new to observability but with some practice, you'll get used to it quickly. I dislike the fact that there isn't an easy way to export results into Excel - this would make things so much quicker! We use it as part of our Devops process and have been able to identify issues before they become problems.
