Failed back surgery aggravated by lower extremity arthritis, getting comfortable let alone sleeping has been a forgotten luxury, I can sit with my back against the arm of a couch and it is ok but the idea of continuing to sleep on the couch is not acceptable to me, I was looking for reading pillows I had as a kid that had armrests and were very thick.
