I have been looking for something that does everything for me and this software is the perfect fit! It does everything from inventory management to leads, and customer communication. It integrates directly with my site and I am able to manage the content on my website from within the software. If you are looking for a complete solution, this is the way to go. As an independent consultant, having access to all aspects of your business is vital when trying to find ways to improve efficiencies or add value. Being able to use one piece of software instead of 3 different ones (or more) saves time, money, and most importantly, improves productivity. My only wish would be for it to work better on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones because that would make managing inventory easier than carrying around multiple pieces of paper!
