Super time saver and foolproof (compared to the 4 wire DIY connector that comes with the brake controller). Perfect fit for our 2003 Silverado. Under the dash (above the emergency brake), slide the black plastic cover that hides several connectors. There is one to get the big end of this connector. Connect the small end to the back of the controller and you're done. The adapter was long enough to mount our controller to the right of the steering column, within reach of the driver's right hand. The first time I installed a brake controller, it couldn't be imagined any easier. This came from Revain's warehouse in perfect condition, just without the official packaging. Highly recommended!
