I must not have received the same product as the other reviews. To be honest, the shampoo gives me a horribly sticky feeling on my scalp, it dries my hair like I've used straight dish soap, the conditioner barely cares, it smells horribly like raw plastic, I don't even know. To be honest I would use a polite mark on this occasion and I wouldn't touch the polite mark with a stick. Hands down the worst hair product I have ever used in my entire life. It's so bad that I honestly feel like someone threw away the genuine product and filled the bottles with some type of junk, random junk because that junk in no way earned an overall 4 out of 5 star rating from so many people earned. Ouch!
