So I thought this was the best thing ever to get all the reviews and while everyone's hair is different I thought it would work for me. In terms of value for money, it's good! The price is not bad at all. The smell isn't that good, tbh, it doesn't actually smell like anything. Also, my hair fell out. For example, after the 3rd wash, about 30% of my hair fell out.</p>

I received this product today and the shampoo smells good but the conditioner smells old. Totally dissatisfied. Edit: I love the shampoo, it made my hair fluffy and thick. I can't say anything positive about the conditioner other than that it smells old and I won't be using it. I have not received a reply from the seller. I recommend the shampoo and I'm sure a fresh bottle of conditioner would be great too.

I must not have received the same product as the other reviews. To be honest, the shampoo gives me a horribly sticky feeling on my scalp, it dries my hair like I've used straight dish soap, the conditioner barely cares, it smells horribly like raw plastic, I don't even know.
