After a little experiment, I removed the locknuts from my Chevy Malibu. The key to the nut was lost, so I had to unscrew the nuts without a key. There were no instructions, but I watched several YouTube videos demonstrating similar tools. Using a 20-ounce hammer to tighten the bushing on the lug nuts did not work. When I put my long handle on it, the jack slipped off the nut. Solution, get a bigger hammer. I have some hammers but they were a few hours away. I had a 6lb sledgehammer, too big I was concerned. Tapping her with it, but not too hard, did the trick. After that, all four nuts could be loosened without any problems. There are 4 fittings in the set, choose which one suits you best. Also included was a punch to loosen the nuts from the bushings after you removed them from the car. Delivery was fast. Too bad he came with instructions.
