Review on 🔥 UP15-10SU7P TLC, Comfort Recirculation Pump for Hot Water, 3/4" NPT, 115 V by Tony Ledbetter

I think this is my first Amazon review. I have to tell everyone about my experience. This pump was purchased as part of a renovation project. There were a few hitches and the project took longer than planned, but the pump was eventually installed. the cold supply for the whole house produced warm water from the start. I thought maybe something was clogging the comfort valve (the part that goes under the sink). I ordered a replacement and after the replacement the cold side was hot. FYI, Grundfos doesn't have real customer service in the US. This is a conglomerate of "authorized" distributors that offer this proxy service, after going in circles with these representatives and running several diagnostics, the problem was not solved. I was told there could be no warranty as the pump was purchased from Amazon and not a plumbing wholesaler. Yesterday I bought a Laing auto circulation pump and I will install it instead of a Grundfos comfort pump. Buy something else. but tacos or armstrong or any pump other than grundfos
