Installation isn't too hard, it's not brain surgery, but if you're replacing an old flush valve, make sure the old nuts and bolts are rusted and tight and tight enough to reach places . available places, it will take a lot of time. And as mentioned, the kit includes 2 bolts, 4 metal washers and 4 nuts. If you have a 3 hole tank you will need to use an old bolt, 2 old metal washers and 2 old nuts. And in this kit, the bolts turned out to be longer than on my old one, which gave me a couple of awkward moments. Luckily my old nut was barely long enough. On the other hand, I really appreciate the fact that 6 rubber discs are included in the kit. Otherwise I would be in trouble as my old ones were useless. All together is good. I would also like to have 3 bolts, nuts and 6 metal washers. Then this set will be universal.
