It smells like cigarettes. I really like the hat it's self, but I have never ordered anything that smells like it came from a smoking household. The hat smells like someone chain smoked a whole entire package of cigarettes and blew all the smoke in the bag to conceal it with the hat. If you're a smoker this probably won't bother you. But if you're like me, don't smoke and you're not around anyone who smokes this smell will make your nose turn up.
