I have dropped my remote control countless times. I definitely crossed the line of probability as to when it should have crashed. This case has definitely extended the life of the remote control from accidents. Take this one and not the others. It's thin and has great grip. It doesn't get dirty or sticky and I have kids under 7 who play with it. It's worth it.
