The customer service has been fantastic! I have had to contact them several times for questions that were not answered by their support team or other users of this program, but they are always very quick with responding back in order help me out as quickly possible!! They also offer great training videos which helps ensure you understand how everything works before using it yourself.

You can't go wrong here if your looking into something like this. ! Their pricing structure makes sense too so there isn’t any surprises when signing up/using at first either :) Great tool overall - we use our scheduler daily (it's called MyNextSeven) because its easy enough anyone who knows what buttons do will be able figure things themselves without having someone else tell us every step along way haha ;).
