Review on CrimeCenter by Rodney Gonzalez

I like that this software allows me to keep all important documents in one place so when we need a report it's never been easier than opening up Crimecenter! The UI needs work but they are working towards making improvements. They have many features such as an auto-attendant feature where you can text your phone number to get hold of someone who will assist with reporting crimes. It also has several modules including an email module which allows us to send mass emails if needed. I like that it's very user friendly. The interface can be a bit confusing at first but once you get used to how things work it makes sense. It captures everything in one place so we don't have to go back and forth between different systems. Sometimes there are delays when updating information. We use this software primarily for crime incidents. This program allows us to keep track of all our calls as well as any updates made by officers who respond to those calls.
