I am a professional installer and I have been using this device for almost 10 years. This is one of the main tools I use. So many customers are amazed at how easy it is to pull wires through a wall with this device. Just note that the chain pulls wires through walls, but isn't actually strong enough to pull wires through walls. Also, a flexible magnetic tool will wear out if you bend it over and over again. Be careful with it and don't over bend it. TIP: Using some duct tape, attach a 2-foot length of chain to the end of a glow rod (a strong, flexible rod used in wire fishing). This is useful when trying to connect cables such as B. speaker wire through the insulation on the outside walls. Otherwise, the chain may get stuck at the other end and be difficult to find.
