Couldn't connect them to my Wi-Fi. I tried different options but they didn't connect. Tiny index card sized instructions didn't help and I couldn't find any information online. Sent them back and ordered another brand which worked perfectly!

Very complicated setup. I was only able to connect 2 of the 4 devices that will control my Echos. Don't bother getting them as the SmartThings app is bad at best as it keeps telling me my username or password is wrong and won't reset my email. There is also a new version of the app that I just uploaded. Why a version when there is a new version. I am not satisfied with the rave reviews I read before purchasing these forks. SUKKO

I actually returned them because they require you to use them on a 2.4GHz WiFi signal while the rest of the devices in my house use a 5GHz WiFi signal. The problem was that it was very difficult for the connector to see the 2.4 signal. In addition, these plugins require downloading a separate application. Used these plugs to control table lamps in living room and bedroom. They're easy to install with the app, and I've used Alexa commands to control them with ease. If the light was on for about 20 minutes, the plug would turn off and then back on without my giving a command. This happened again, about every 10-20 minutes. I bought these because they had good visibility and Revain connectors are so expensive now. However, after an hour of trying to figure out why they weren't working, I found that I have 5G. Apparently most if not all smart plugs run on 2.4G and NOT 5G. They give you instructions on how to upgrade your router from 5G to 2.4G, but who on earth thinks that's a good idea ! So I have to return them and can't seem to use the new smart plugs until someone makes them for 5G. I suspect the forks work…

Received and was generally satisfied with this plus. They're not too bulky and I wanted to replace some old timers (they're smaller than traditional timers, of course). It's worth noting that I had a hard time connecting it to WiFi, so I docked a star. When I finally managed to register with the app via WiFi, I had no problem connecting to my Alexa/Echo account and setting the timer to turn the lamp on/off. Everything is fine with the seller of this product. You were amazing! The problem is with the product itself. The problem with the Alexa shortcut is 100% wrong. You must use an application called Cloud Intelligence with these plugins. What about the application itself? Works great. However, if you try to "link" the cloud intelligence app to Revain, it's 100% wrong. You go through all the steps and log into Revain and it says it's connected but actually it's not.
