Studio Jugu is great alternative of Figma
It's very easy to use, you can create your own templates or simply import an existing one from another tool like Adobe XD (which I also used).
The UI looks good but sometimes it gets messy when creating complex layouts with many elements. Also there are some minor bugs that make this program not so stable as we would wish for. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful then try out studio jugu! - Creating responsive websites using CSS/HTML5.- Easy drag & drop interface which makes working really fast.- Simple layout editor where all components have their specific properties.

Cons
- Sometimes complicated workflows may take too much time because dragging between panels takes more than expected
