Based on the reviews, I was hesitant to buy any of these bluetooth label making machines I came across on Amazon. I'm a small business owner and started out with a smaller corded label printer. I decided it was time for an upgrade and I'm glad I did. Bluetooth works great so I don't have to wire it to my computer. I also downloaded the app mentioned by other reviewers so I could print labels from my phone. At first I found it cumbersome to take a screenshot, crop, and then type to do it from my phone, but so far it's been pretty quick and easy for those times when I don't have to do too much at once and ship a phone must is more convenient than a laptop. I had to tweak the print settings, but I was familiar with this when I had to do it on my last machine. There are no problems. The only thing I despise about this label printer is the cutting. These blades are no good here. Doesn't produce a clean tear like my latest brand machine, jagged edges on paper and sometimes causes labels to tear. My solution was to peel the labels off the paper before tearing them off so as not to damage the labels. Although it prints at a decent speed, there's a lag from the moment you press the print button to when it actually starts printing. I'd say it takes about 3 seconds to start printing, so initially I thought it just wouldn't print anything, but it takes a bit. This can definitely be an inconvenience for those who have large volumes of orders that need to be shipped and labels printed. Overall, this is definitely not the best car. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive machine that allows you to place labels inside rather than going through a feeder, that supports bluetooth functionality, and has 4x6 labels that are great for mailing, then this is a decent option for the Beginning.
