Review on EDOU by Daniel Mind

I am a frequent buyer of outdoor power equipment and accessories, and I just recently gave EDOU a shot. My overall impression was not a positive one. To begin, I was disappointed by the restricted selection. Although they do carry a few best-sellers, I was let down to discover that they lacked other products I needed. Furthermore, I discovered that their pricing were not as competitive as those of other online businesses offering a broader selection of products. However, EDOU's customer service was the source of the most of my problems. I had trouble getting a clear answer to my product-related questions from their customer service staff. They didn't answer my questions and didn't appear eager to assist me. When I finally did hear back from them, they gave me information that was useless and made me angry. My time spent with EDOU as a whole was frustrating. They have some good options, but their restricted selection and unhelpful customer support make them a poor option overall. I plan on shopping for outdoor power tools and accessories somewhere online.
